Deliveries
UK Mainland deliveries
Delivery to the UK mainland is charged at £5. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched
Deliveries to Europe & USA
Delivery to Europe and the USA is charged at £12. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched.
Stadium Collection
When your order is ready to collect you will receive an email confirmation. Parcels are available to collect from the Clubhouse during weekday business hours and some evenings and weekends plus all men’s first team home games.
Returns
Returns can be made by sending the items and order details to:

Items can also be returned in person to the Stadium at the above address.
Unwanted Items
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
Faulty/Damaged Items
If the item you receive is faulty or damaged in transit, please return to us within 14 days for a full refund including original postage paid.
If you provide us with proof of returned items postage receipt, we will reimburse the cost by using your original method of payment.
When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of returns.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it appears that the item has been tampered with, incorrectly washed, or subjected to more than reasonable wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
