The Horsham FC Centre of Excellence brings together talented young players from across the region to develop their skills in a professional, supportive environment.
Delivered by UEFA-licensed coaches, our programme provides high-quality, age-specific training for boys and girls aged Under-7 to Under-12, helping players improve technically while enjoying the game and building confidence.
The Centre of Excellence forms part of the Horsham FC player pathway, giving young players the opportunity to progress within the club’s development system. Two-thirds of the current 26/27 Under 13s progressed from the Centre of Excellence program.
Sessions take place on weekday evenings during term time and operate on term time fee. N.B. Spaces are limited.
Programme Leadership
The Horsham FC Centre of Excellence is led by Rob Semark, Head of Youth Development at Horsham FC.
A former product of Southampton’s youth academy and professional with Cardiff City, Rob also played for Havant & Waterlooville and has worked extensively in youth development, including roles with Brighton & Hove Albion and most recently the Crawley Town Community Foundation Post-16 Education Programme.
Rob oversees the Centre of Excellence programme and ensures sessions are delivered to a high standard within the Horsham FC player development pathway.

We hold intermittent trial weeks and your child will receive an invitation to the next available trial.
