STADIUM REGULATIONS

    1. Permission to enter or remain within the Stadium (notwithstanding possession of any ticket) is at the absolute discretion of Horsham FC, any police officer or authorised steward. On no account will admission be granted to a person who is the subject of a current Banning Order
    2. Horsham FC excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for loss, injury or damage to a person or property in or around the Stadium
    3. No guarantees can be given by Horsham FC that a match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date and the Club reserves the right to reschedule a match without notice or any liability whatsoever
    4. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of a match, refunds (if any) will be made in accordance with the FA/League/Club Customer Charter. Horsham FC will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, such as (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or travel costs
    5. All persons seeking entrance to the Stadium acknowledge the right of Horsham FC to search any person entering the Stadium and to refuse entry to, or eject from the Stadium, any person refusing to submit to such a search
    6. Neither smoking nor the use or electronic cigarettes (known as vaping) is permitted within the boundaries of the Stadium. Smokers should use the designated smoking areas just beyond the Stadium perimeter. Anyone smoking within the Stadium will be asked to use the designated areas, and refusal to comply may result in ejection from the Stadium
    7. The following articles must not be brought into the Stadium: Knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air horns, drums, musical instruments, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, drones, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Stadium. In addition, no food or drink, bicycles, scooters, skateboards or ball games may be brought into the Stadium
    8. The use of threatening behaviour or foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden and will result in arrest and/or ejection from the Stadium. Horsham FC may impose a ban for future matches
    9. Racial, homophobic or discriminatory abuse, chanting or harassment is strictly forbidden and will result in arrest and/or ejection from the Stadium. Horsham FC may impose a ban for future matches
    10. The following are offences under the Football (Offences) Act 1991, as amended, and conviction could result in a Banning Order being made:
      1. Throwing of any object within the Stadium
      2. Chanting of anything of an indecent or racist nature
      3. Entry onto the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority
    11. All persons entering the Stadium may only occupy the spectator accommodation allocated to them by their ticket. Nobody may stand in the seated area while play is in progress. Persistent standing in the seated areas while play is in progress is strictly forbidden, and may result in ejection from the Stadium
    12. The obstruction of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly forbidden. Nobody entering the Stadium shall be permitted to climb any structures within it
    13. Any individual who has entered any part of the Stadium designated for use by any group of supporters to which they do not belong may be ejected from the Stadum either for the purposes of their own safety or for any other reason
    14. Mobile telephones are permitted within the Stadium, provided they are for personal and private use only
    15. At all times, while present in the Stadium, persons must comply with any or all instructions of any steward or officer of Horsham FC and/or police officer. Failure to comply with any instruction may lead to immediate ejection from the Stadium
    16. No goods (including literature) of any nature may be offered either free or for sale by any person within the Stadium without the express written permission of Horsham FC
    17. Entry to the Stadium signifies your express consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of the match, and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world
    18. Dogs are permitted in outdoor areas of the Stadium only if controlled on a lead. The person(s) bringing an animal into the Stadium is responsible for ensuring that it does not cause any nuisance, that the safety and comfort of spectators is assured at all times and that any bodily deposits are cleaned up
    19. Horsham FC reserves the right to eject from the Stadium anyone failing to comply with any of the Stadium Regulations or whose presence within the Stadium is, or could be construed as constituting, a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person. This could lead to further action by Horsham FC
    20. Horsham FC reserves the right to amend these regulations as necessary and at any time.
    21. Entry to the Stadium shall constitute acceptance of the Stadium Regulations
