The U11s started like rockets today as they christened the new goals with Harry Lawson (two), Harry Clark and  Stanley Hauge getting them off to a great start to the Douglas League Winter Cup with victory over Chichester City Colts White. Our U12s also had a sparkling match against Worthing Town Blue as they booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Arun & Chichester League Cup thanks to goals from Cameron Cox and Stanley Berry (two). It may have Bonfire Night but there were no Catherine wheels from our U16s who fell just short when they were beaten 4-2 at home to Barnham Trojans, with Cody Bladstock and Kai Oram on target for the Hornets.

The fire went out on U13 Green’s unbeaten record as they went down 6-2 at Littlehampton Town, despite goals from Daniel Woodward and Finley Bagnall, although there was better joy for U13 Amber who were jumping Jacks as they put eight past Felpham Colts, only conceding one in reply. Sammy Henderson helped himself to a hat-trick, with Nico Massimo, Joe stevens (two) and Zain Beg completing the scoring for the Hornets.
